TFP stands for Trade For Prints. This is where a photographer gives the model printed headshots/photos.
We do not do TFP... we do FREE sessions when there is a good reason to.
#1 Practice/ Test Shoots
When we get new equipment, lighting, lenses, etc.
We may want to test it out before using the new equipment for jobs where we are paid.
#2 Photo Projects "Art"
Photography is not just a paycheck to us, it's also a hobby and expression of art.
Sometimes as a photographer, we will get an artistic inspiration or idea
thus , be willing to waive our normal fee in trade for a models collaboration
in shooting the specific concept for that project.
Yes that's right, sometimes photographers like to shoot for fun.
Photography and modeling should be something we enjoy!
We personally feel that if you can't enjoy your self in ANY industry,
that you might want to find a new industry.
We shoot everything from kids, pets, and high fashion dresses. To GoGo dancers and nude magazine submissions. We will only shoot what you're comfortable with. I always recommend keeping an open mind when planning outfits because quite often people say "I wish I brought this other thing" and only showed up with one pair of jeans and t-shirts.
Bring what ever you want from this list below but I recommend bringing as much as u can.
T shirts, over sized guys t shirt, sports bra, different color bras, button up shirts, something you'd wear to a club, dresses, jackets.
Shorts, cut off jean shorts, work out shorts, skirts, short skirts, different underwear.
Cheer outfits, ballet, lingerie, running outfit, rave outfits, Bikinis, One piece bathing suits
(Without the snaps on the bottom)
Hats, belts, knee high socks, fishnets, garters, gloves, jewelry,
To match outfits such as sandals, high heals, running shoes, knee high boots etc.
If it makes you more comfortable, bring a friend!
We ask that they wait in the car, waiting r or drop you off.
Reasons why you SHOULD bring someone to photo shoots...
• You should verify photographers history
• You should verify locations safety
Reasons why you SHOULD NOT bring someone ...
• 90% of the time they distract us
• They want to talk or distract you from focusing
• They try to become shoot directors
• They huff and puff and make you want to rush
• Having someone else non professional in the room simply not allow you to connect with the shoot.
NOTE: If you are under 18, you MUST have a legal representative in the room at all times.
IF YOU DRINK or SMOKE WEED... DON'T DO IT BEFORE THE SHOOT. IT MAKES THE PHOTOS LOOK BAD .
Fitness with specialty dark contrast lighting. Possibly Black & White (Not my norm). Fitness shorts, crop tops, Nude, Dance highlighting the body and emotions such as ballet, jazz, ecstatic. Dance wear, gogo wear, Contortion
Highlighting bodyscapes. Please google bodyscapes if you need.
In studio shoot with classic cars & motorcycles.
Non trashy looking, professional setting, shoots including firearms with a trained firearms instructor and range-master. Creating exciting content that could be featured in a firearms advertisement or website in a safe setting. Content will be submitted to online resources and to publications.
For those of you who have seen the samples I am sure you get it... This is a new concept I am building around the different sides of women's lives. Showcasing a before and after type of photo of women in their "Normal life" then "Behind Closed Doors."
If we are deciding to shoot for FREE that means it's time to relax a bit.
It's time to get creative, funny, weird. We will be selecting outfits WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
Don't bring 3 outfits you already have planned out ...
bring 30 things, then we can mix and match when you arrive.
